Village Board of Trustees
The Village of Germantown Hills has a Mayor--Trustee form of government. Six Village Trustees and the Mayor are elected to four year terms. The Mayor serves as the President of the Board of Trustees. All Trustees are "at-large," meaning that they all represent the entire Village.
The Board of Trustees set policy, pass ordinances, approve zoning changes, control
village employment, approve the payment of bills, and serve as "upper
management" for the Village. They also appoint members of other boards and the Clerk
and Treasurer.
